Acsour has resumed the results of annual Customer satisfaction survey. This year the company not only analyzed the general service satisfaction level and evaluated performance of particular functions, but paid special attention to assessment of current communication practices with the clients.
According to the Survey’s findings, 90% of Acsour clients are absolutely satisfied with their collaboration with the company. Acsour has significantly improved the pro-activeness rate with 82% of customers being satisfied with this parameter. Besides, the majority of respondents emphasized the high level of emotional comfort in their cooperation with Acsour (90% of satisfied clients).
